From your first folder to your next track.
A short guide to ORP.
Add your folder.
Choose the folder containing your sample library with Add Folder. If your files live on an external drive, make sure it is connected.
Let the analysis run.
ORP. scans your audio and adds it to your library. Type, BPM and key are estimated from the audio; analysis confidence varies by sound.
Filter and preview.
Use search and type, BPM and key filters to narrow your choices. Select and play a sample to preview it. Save favorites or create collections to find it again.
Discover something similar.
Choose Find similar in the sample menu to explore related sounds in your library. Audio Match helps find alternatives to a reference sound. Compare the results by ear.
Drag it into your project.
Drag a sample from ORP. to a DAW that accepts file drops. Its source file must be accessible; reconnect an external drive if needed.
Back up your library.
Use the backup tools in Settings to protect your library database. This does not replace a backup of the original audio files; back up your sample folders separately.
