Scope and controller
The service provider and data controller offering ORP. under the Blank Technica brand is Mustafa Kemal SOYLU. Country: Türkiye. Correspondence address: Eti, Strazburg Cd. No:42, 06570 Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye. Privacy, support and order enquiries: support@blanktechnica.com. For transactions through Creem, the merchant of record identified at checkout and on the receipt retains its own legal obligations.
Collection methods and legal bases
Information is collected electronically through site forms, email correspondence, payment-provider notifications and application activation/renewal requests. Orders and licensing rely on entering into or performing a contract; required records on legal obligations; abuse prevention and enquiry handling on legitimate interests subject to your fundamental rights; and newsletters and optional usage measurements on consent. These correspond to the applicable grounds in Article 5 of the Turkish data-protection law. Reading this policy or requesting support is not marketing consent.
Your samples and local library
ORP. processes audio, file paths, waveforms, BPM/key estimates, tags and collections on your computer. We do not upload sample audio or the contents of your library to our servers. Access to selected folders enables scanning, auditioning and dragging into a DAW. Local backups stay on your device. Uninstalling the application does not delete original samples; you control local library and backup files.
Purchases, licensing and security
Purchase email, order/product identifiers, payment and refund status support license delivery, performance of the contract, support and required financial records. Activation uses a hash of the license code, license identifier, random device identifier, activation and last-seen times. An encrypted copy of the code may be retained for delivery. The app protects license and refresh information with operating-system secure storage. Connection data and limited security records are processed to prevent fraud and misuse.
Payment provider
Checkout is provided through Creem. The payment/selling entity identified at checkout and on your receipt processes card information and data required for its legal obligations under its own privacy terms. Blank Technica does not receive your full card number or card security code. We receive the payment result needed to fulfil your order.
Contact and support
Your name, email, message, selected topic and notice acknowledgement are processed to respond to your enquiry. Applicable bases include pre-contractual requests, performance of a contract or legitimate interests; support is not conditional on marketing consent. Resend and email-routing services deliver messages to the authorized support mailbox. We do not additionally store contact messages in the site database. Do not send passwords, payment cards, license codes or private samples.
Optional application measurements
Usage sharing is off by default. If enabled, we process a pseudonymous installation identifier, app/macOS versions, device model code, language, theme, country, sample-count range, feature counters and limited error codes. These are installation-linked, not necessarily fully anonymous. Sample names, paths, search text, audio and free-form error messages are not sent. The purpose is product improvement, based on your choice. Sharing your display name with the installation ID is a separate optional choice. Photos stay on the device and are not uploaded. Disabling profile sharing removes the name from the server. Local diagnostics retain up to 100 fixed timestamped error codes for 7 days; the report is not automatically uploaded. Disabling usage sharing requests deletion of the installation and associated counters; if offline, deletion is retried later.
Consented website measurement
Only after analytics consent, we use pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers to record page views, visible time, scroll depth, section/button interactions, cart and checkout starts, download and newsletter-form events, limited error codes and performance samples. We include device class, language and approximate country inferred from the connection, but not raw IP addresses, form contents, payment details, samples or sensitive data in measurement records. With additional marketing consent, referring domains and UTM source/medium/campaign/content tags help measure campaigns. Consent is not permission for unlimited collection. Records are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Raw events are retained for up to 90 days and displayed as aggregate reports. Withdraw through Cookie preferences; events linked to this browser’s current consent receipt are deleted. No Meta or Google advertising pixel is currently enabled.
Service providers and transfers
We use Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare for hosting and access; Cloudflare for bot protection and site storage; Supabase for license storage; Resend and authorized mail services for email; and Creem for checkout. Providers may access information needed to deliver services; payment entities may act independently for their own obligations. Services may process data outside your country. Transfers outside Türkiye are subject to Article 9 of the Turkish data-protection law; a provider’s security measures alone do not establish a legal transfer basis. Retention and deletion
You control retention of local files. License records are retained as needed for license services; order/financial records for mandatory statutory periods. Support correspondence is limited to what is necessary for the request, disputes and related obligations. Newsletter records remain while subscribed and are removed from the active list on unsubscribe. Residual backups are restricted and removed within the backup cycle; legally required records are retained only for that purpose. When the retention purpose and legal basis no longer apply, information is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Contact us below to request the retention periods applicable to your records.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of the Turkish data-protection law, you may ask whether and why data is processed, whether use matches its purpose, and who receives it; request information, correction, lawful deletion/destruction and notification of those actions to recipients; object to adverse results produced solely by automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Other applicable rights to access, restriction and portability remain protected. You may withdraw consent at any time. Send a request from your registered email to support@blanktechnica.com or in writing to the postal address above. We may request identity and contact details necessary to evaluate it, but not passwords or full license codes. Turkish-law requests are resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days, subject only to processing charges permitted by law. You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board following the applicable procedure, including first contacting the controller.
Application updates
The app contacts the release server to check for updates. Audio, library contents and license codes are not included. The server can see the connection IP address and standard HTTP request information. Download and installation start at your request, with integrity and signature checks. A local library backup is created before installation. It and the local diagnostic report are not automatically uploaded.
