Parties and scope
The service provider and data controller offering ORP. under the Blank Technica brand is Mustafa Kemal SOYLU. Country: Türkiye. Correspondence address: Eti, Strazburg Cd. No:42, 06570 Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye. Privacy, support and order enquiries: support@blanktechnica.com. For transactions through Creem, the merchant of record identified at checkout and on the receipt retains its own legal obligations.
ORP. and compatibility
ORP. is desktop software for organizing and analyzing your own sample archive and moving files into music software; it is not a sample-content purchase. The current package targets Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later. DAW transfer depends on the destination application’s file-drop support. Check your system and workflow with the Demo before buying. Future-platform announcements are not delivery dates or current compatibility guarantees.
License scope
Your purchase grants a use license activatable on two devices, not ownership of the software. Do not distribute or sell your activation code or offer it as a shared-access service. You may use ORP. in commercial music production; sample rights remain governed by their source licenses. Do not redistribute software copies or unlawfully bypass licensing controls. Interoperability, research and other rights permitted by mandatory law are preserved.
Activation, offline use and updates
Initial activation and periodic renewal require internet. A valid signed license works offline for up to 30 days after successful renewal. Temporary connection failures do not erase a still-valid license. When validity expires, Demo limits may apply until renewal succeeds; original audio and excess library records are not deleted. Deactivate an old device or contact support when changing computers. Critical security issues may require updating to a safe version.
Demo
The Demo provides access to the first 2,000 samples and first two user collections. Root folders are unlimited. Audio Match is limited to 10 successful attempts in a 24-hour window beginning with first successful use. Excess samples and collections may remain visible but locked. A full license removes these access limits. The Demo does not start a paid subscription.
Price and payment
ORP. is offered for a one-time payment, not an automatically renewing paid subscription. Lifetime updates described in the offer are included. This does not promise unannounced separate products, add-ons or compatibility with every future operating system; mandatory update and consumer rights remain unaffected. Creem checkout displays the payable amount, currency, discounts and taxes. The site currency selector may not change checkout currency; check before completing your purchase. Checkout labelled as a test is not a commercial sale.
Digital delivery
After the provider confirms successful payment, the license code is automatically emailed to the address supplied at checkout. Delivery can be affected by provider delays. If it does not arrive, check spam and contact support@blanktechnica.com with your order number; do not send card details or license codes. Available installers are provided through the official download page. Opening the Thanks page alone is not proof of payment or licensing.
Refunds, withdrawal and faulty digital content
For a refund request or payment error, email support@blanktechnica.com with your order number and a description. These terms do not remove statutory withdrawal, conformity, repair/replacement, price-reduction or refund rights. Loss of a withdrawal right due to immediate digital delivery applies only where legally required express consent, acknowledgement and other conditions are satisfied; payment or reading this page alone is not a waiver. No additional money-back guarantee is offered beyond statutory rights. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider; bank processing times vary. A refund or confirmed chargeback may terminate the corresponding license.
Files, results and responsibility
You must have the necessary rights to the audio you use. ORP. does not alter a sample’s copyright or license. Analysis, BPM, key, category and similarity results are estimates. Keep regular backups. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, intentional or gross misconduct and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected; these terms do not impose a blanket exclusion or absolute compensation cap for them.
Support and security reporting
Technical support: support@blanktechnica.com. Report vulnerabilities with the affected version, impact and reproduction steps without personal data. Do not access others’ data, disrupt services or test live systems without authorization. Necessary and proportionate restrictions may apply for license abuse or security; contact support to request review if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Applicable rights and changes
Mandatory local consumer rights, competent courts and remedies are preserved. The service provider is based in Türkiye. These terms do not waive mandatory protections or competent consumer remedies in the consumer’s place of residence. Material changes are published with an updated date and notified where required; they do not retrospectively remove acquired rights from completed purchases.
