Before purchasing
ORP. is a digital software license, not a sample pack. Use the free demo to check compatibility with your device and workflow. This recommendation does not limit your statutory rights.
License delivery
Your code is emailed to your purchase address after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Opening the thank-you page alone does not prove payment or grant a license. If the code does not arrive, check spam and email support@blanktechnica.com with your order number.
Consumer rights
Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain protected. Any loss of a withdrawal right when digital content is supplied immediately requires the express prior consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. Using this site or pressing a purchase button alone is not a waiver. Statutory remedies for non-delivery, defects or a product not as described remain available.
Requesting a refund
Email support@blanktechnica.com with your purchase email, order number and a short description of your request. For a technical issue, you may include your macOS and ORP. versions. Do not send private samples, passwords, full card details or your full license code.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method, subject to applicable rules. Posting times depend on the bank or payment method. A license associated with a refund or reversed payment may be deactivated; this does not delete samples on your computer. No additional money-back guarantee is offered beyond statutory rights.
