A few things to know.
ORP. is a Sample Manager for your own audio files, not a sample store. It analyzes and categorizes your library and helps you find related sounds. You are buying a tool for working with your sounds, not a new sound pack.
ORP. is currently a standalone app for Apple Silicon Macs. Drag samples into DAWs that accept audio files. Intel Mac and Windows support is coming soon; a release date for those platforms has not been announced.
The demo lets you work with your first 2,000 samples and first two user collections. Audio Match includes 10 successful searches per 24-hour window starting with the first successful search. Root folders are not limited, so you can evaluate it with your own files and workflow.
No. The license is a one-time purchase and includes lifetime updates. Activating a license removes the demo limits.
Yes. One license can be activated on two devices. When replacing a computer, deactivate its license; once the server confirms it, that slot is available for your new device.
Your audio files and analysis data stay on your computer. Initial license activation requires internet. A valid license works offline for 30 days and refreshes online. If it expires, demo limits apply again; your data is not deleted.
Importing and analysis do not modify or move your original files. ORP. collections are independent of physical folders, so you can organize sounds around ideas while keeping your existing folder structure.
WAV, AIFF/AIF, FLAC, MP3, M4A and OGG are supported. Audio Match compares your reference against analyzed sounds in your own library. Results are musical alternatives, not a guarantee of identical sound or perfect BPM/key detection for every file. Try it with your library and listen to evaluate the results.
