Load ORP. Browser as a plug-in in your DAW. Browse your ORP. samples, categories, Likes and collections from inside your project, then drag a sound straight onto a track.
ORP. on Windows.
ORP. is now available for Windows 10 and 11 on Intel/AMD x64 through Microsoft Store. Download and run Microsoft’s small .exe installer from our Downloads page. It installs through the Store; local analysis, search, categories, Audio Match and collections follow the same workflow.
Mac and Windows use the same Blank Technica account and license. Files and collections remain local to each computer; libraries do not automatically sync between computers.
ORP. Browser: a VST3 and AU plug-in.
ORP. Browser is a VST3 and AU plug-in that works with the desktop app. Use VST3 in Ableton Live and AU in Logic Pro. With ORP. running, it connects to the library on the same computer, including your Likes and collections.
See BPM and key beside each sample. Filter by name, category, type, BPM, key and scale. Audition from any point on the waveform, then drag the sound from its row or player into your project.
Choose by ear. Match the tempo.
Audio Match brings related alternatives from your own archive. In the plug-in, Sync BPM reads the tempo reported by your DAW so you can audition and drag a tempo-matched sound in the context of your track.
One shortcut away.
Open Quick Search with ⇧⌘Space on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+Space on Windows. While ORP. is running, find the sound, audition it and return to your working window.
Setup, inside the app.
In the Mac 1.0.2 package, install your format from Settings DAW plug-ins. In the Windows Store edition, install VST3 from the same section into its per-user folder and select the displayed path as your DAW’s custom VST3 folder. No administrator permission is needed. Rescan plug-ins in your DAW and keep ORP. running.
The published Windows Store package includes VST3; Microsoft Store manages updates. Mac 1.0.2 is available now; VST3 and AU do not require a separate download. See the download page for platform and package details.
